How will techniques from program help me?

The chakra meditation techniques covered in the live sessions will help you take a more holistic approach towards your overall wellness. Regular practice will help you improve your focus & work more productively.

How does it work?

Once we receive your payment, we add you to a WhatsApp group 1 day before the program starts and use it to share Zoom meeting links. We also share daily homework, theory, and other relevant material on the group!

How do the online sessions work?

After you purchase the group course, you will download the app where you will be able to access live sessions, homework practice for each day, relevant theory and reach out to instructor via text.

When does the session happen?

We have sessions at 5:45 AM every day starting 16th Oct! We have limited seats only to ensure that everyone gets time to interact with the instructor

What if I miss a Live Session?

We strongly suggest that you attend all live sessions, learn and practice with the instructor. In case you miss a session for some reason, we share the session recording everyday on the group for you to watch and come prepared for the next live session.

What is lifetime access to Zoom recordings?

If you want to keep access to the all the live sessions recordings, you can buy the add-on the checkout page. We record all Zoom sessions and if you buy the add on for recordings, you will get lifetime access to those recordings.
