What is Yoga Nidra?​

With yoga Nidra, you are lying down and the goal is to move into a deep state of conscious awareness sleep, which is a deeper state of relaxation with awareness. This state involves moving from consciousness while awake to dreaming and then to not-dreaming while remaining awake — going past the unconscious to the conscious

How is it different from Meditation?​

With meditation, you’re aware and sitting in a state of consciousness while focusing the mind and allowing thoughts to come and go. Meditation makes it possible for us to get to the theta state — the state we go through to get to the delta state, which is the place of the deepest sleep cycle. The delta state is a deep healing state. That’s where we’re trying to get through Yoga Nidra.

How do I continue Yoga Nidra after the program ends?​

You will get lifetime access to first session's recording in order to continue and practice yoga Nidra even after the program ends.

How does it work?

Once we receive your payment, we add you to a WhatsApp group 1 day before the session starts. We then share Zoom meeting links and other relevant information on group. 

How do the online sessions work?

All the live sessions are conducted on Zoom, so they’re super easy to join with your laptop, tablet, or phone. You’ll receive a link to join once you complete your payment. Book your seat now!

When does the session happen?

We have sessions at 7:30 PM every day starting 28th Oct! We have limited seats only to ensure that everyone gets time to interact with the instructor.
